HPOZ information, preservation and sustainability at the Historic Neighborhood Conference on Wilshire, 10.18.14

• Annual Historic Neighborhood Conference will be in our neighborhood this year on Saturday, October 18 from 8:30 am to 4 pm at the Wilshire United Methodist Church. Sponsored by the Department of City Planning and the LA Conservancy it includes talks and workshops about local preservation issues such as our HPOZ (Historic Preservation Overlay Zone) focusing this year on sustainability. You may register in advance for $25 or $30 at www.laconservancy.org/neighborhoods or at the door for $35.
